Getting Started
How do we book you?
Booking with Lumaire is a seamless process. We begin with a discovery call to understand your vision, followed by a bespoke proposal. Once you are ready to proceed, a signed agreement and a retainer secure your date.
To get started, please either submit an enquiry here, or email me directly at nicole@lumairecontent.com and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your vision and confirm my availability.
How far in advance should we book?
To ensure availability during peak wedding seasons, I recommend booking between nine to twelve months in advance. However, please do reach out for last-minute enquiries, I always endeavour to accommodate where possible.
For brand projects and other events, I can often accommodate shorter timelines, depending on my schedule.
Do you travel for weddings and events?
Yes. While I am based in London, I am always ready to follow a beautiful love story wherever it leads. Greater London travel is included as standard; for weddings further afield across the UK or worldwide, I will include transparent travel costs within your bespoke proposal. I truly value the investment you are making in your day, so my goal is always to ensure my presence is seamless and achievable rather than an added stress. Simply share your location when you enquire, and we will work together to make it happen.
The Experience
What equipment do you use?
I capture every moment using the latest iPhone 17 Pro Max, selected for its exceptional low-light performance and superior video quality. Its discreet profile allows me to move freely and blend into the background, ensuring I can document authentic, candid moments without the intrusion of heavy camera gear. To ensure every frame is polished, I utilise professional gimbals for stability and portable lighting to enhance evening celebrations. I also have wireless lavalier microphones available to capture the clarity of your vows and speeches. For those seeking a different perspective, aerial footage is also available as an optional addition.
Do you offer drone footage?
Yes, I can provide beautiful aerial perspectives of your venue and surroundings using the DJI Mini Pro 3 drone. This is available as an optional extra to any collection and is subject to weather conditions and local airspace permissions on the day. It offers a unique, cinematic layer to your wedding story that beautifully complements the ground-level content.
What parts of my day can you capture?
My coverage is entirely bespoke to your celebration. I can be there for everything from the quiet, morning preparations and the anticipation of the ceremony to the emotional speeches and the energy of the dance floor. During our pre-wedding consultation, we will map out your itinerary to ensure every significant moment is beautifully preserved. In addition, if you are hosting multi-day celebrations (e.g. bachelorette, welcome dinner, post-wedding brunch etc.), I can cover these too.
How do you work alongside my photographer and videographer?
I work best as an “invisible guest,” moving discreetly alongside your media team. I will connect with your photographer and videographer ahead of your day to coordinate our approach; this ensures a seamless flow and a collaborative atmosphere where we all work together to capture your story from every angle.
Can I make specific requests for the edits?
Yes. Around three to five weeks before your wedding, I will send you a request form where you can outline your preferences, such as music choices, shot styles, and any specific moments or individuals you would like to prioritise. We will then arrange a personal consultation to discuss these details in depth, ensuring every frame feels true to you.
Is this a replacement for traditional videography?
Not at all. My service is designed to complement, not replace, traditional videography. While a videographer produces a cinematic, full-length film delivered months later, I focus on short, engaging, social-ready edits delivered within days. Both serve a unique purpose in telling the complete story of your wedding.
Logistics & Collaboration
Do I need to inform my other suppliers that you will be there?
Yes, please. It is always beneficial to inform your other wedding suppliers, particularly your planner, photographer and videographer, that a content creator will be present. This transparency ensures everyone can coordinate effectively and work harmoniously on the day.
Do I need to factor you into our seating plan?
No, there is no need to include me in your formal seating plan. I prefer to remain mobile and flexible, allowing me to capture candid moments as they happen and ensuring I am always in the best position to document your day without taking up a guest seat.
Do I need to cater for you?
For coverage of eight hours or more, I kindly request a vendor meal. This allows me to remain on-site and fully energised, ensuring I don’t miss a single moment of your celebration while taking a brief moment to refuel. Most caterers can provide a vendor meal at a reduced rate. If catering is not possible, please let me know in advance so I can schedule a short break to eat off-site.
The Deliverables
How quickly will I receive my wedding content?
I understand the excitement of reliving your day while the feeling is still fresh. Your raw content will be delivered within 24 hours of your celebration, with your professionally edited reels following within 48-72 hours, depending on your collection.
How do you deliver the content to me?
All your content will be delivered via a private Google Drive link, meticulously organised into folders so you can easily navigate through your favourite moments. This will include both your raw footage and your edited reels, ready for you to download, save, and share with your loved ones.
What are the typical edits included?
Every collection includes a 60-90 second highlight reel as standard: a beautiful, cinematic edit of your day, perfectly poised for sharing across your social channels. I can also create a suite of bespoke edits tailored to your specific style and vision, which we will discuss during our initial discovery call and again during our pre-wedding consultation.
How many reels will I receive?
The number of reels depends on the collection you choose and the specific moments we agree to capture. Typically, this includes your main highlight reel alongside several shorter, curated clips of key moments like your vows, entrance, or first dance.
Can I request specific songs or moments for my reels?
Absolutely. Your content should feel like a true reflection of your personality. You can suggest specific songs or trends you love in your pre-wedding request form, and I will work to incorporate these into your edits while maintaining the sophisticated Lumaire aesthetic.
Weddings & Events
Do you capture civil ceremonies or intimate weddings?
Yes! I adore the spontaneity and intimacy of smaller celebrations. Whether you are planning a grand destination wedding or a quiet ceremony at your favourite restaurant, every moment deserves to be preserved beautifully. Can you capture pre-wedding and post-wedding events?
Absolutely. From engagement parties and rehearsal dinners to welcome drinks, day-after brunches, Mehndi, and Sangeet; I offer content creation for every celebration surrounding your wedding journey. These can be booked as standalone services or bundled within your wedding collection for a complete narrative.
Do you offer content for other celebrations?
I certainly do. I capture proposals, family milestones, Barmitzvahs, birthdays, baby showers, hen parties / bachelorettes, and anniversaries; essentially, any celebration where love and connection deserve to be seen. If a moment matters to you, it matters to me.
Investment
How much do your content services cost?

Do you offer payment plans?
I do. I believe my services should be as accessible as they are luxurious. We can discuss a bespoke payment plan during the booking process to ensure the arrangement feels perfectly comfortable for you.
