Getting started
How do we book you?
You can either send me an enquiry through the contact page, here, or email directly to nicole@lumairecontent.com, and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your vision and date availability. Once we are aligned, I’ll send over a tailored proposal. To secure your date, a 20% non-refundable booking fee and signed contract are required. Your date is not secure until both are received.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, I recommend booking at least 6 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for peak season dates (May – September). The earlier you book, the better – not only for securing your date, but couples who book further ahead also benefit from my current rates before they increase. For brand project and other events, I can often accommodate shorter timelines, depending on my schedule.
Do you travel for weddings and events?
Absolutely! Based in London, I travel throughout the UK and internationally. Travel within Greater London and the Home Counties is included in all packages. For destinations outside London, a travel fee applies to cover transport and accommodation (where required). And as I know you already have enough on your plate planning your event, I’m happy to arrange my own travel and accommodation, taking that task completely off your to-do list.
I’m transparent with costs from the start and deeply appreciate all the investments that go into creating your special day. My goal is to make having me there achievable, not an added stress. Your love story or brand vision deserves to be captured wherever it unfolds, and I’ll work with you to make that happen.
The Experience
What equipment do you use?
I create all content using the latest iPhone 17 Pro Max, which captures stunning 4K video, perfect for social platforms. For aerial perspectives, I use the DJI Mini Pro 3 drone (weather and location permitting). I also have professional wireless, lapel microphones available if you’d like speeches or vows captured with pristine audio quality. My approach combines professional-grade equipment with an intimate, unobtrusive style.
What's the difference between a content creator and a traditional videographer / photographer?
This is a beautiful question! Traditional videographers and photographers create polished, cinematic films and albums that you receive weeks or months after your event. I work alongside them, capturing raw, authentic, behind-the-scenes moments in a social-first format. My content is delivered within 24-48 hours, ready to share immediately with your community. Think of me as capturing the moments between the moments; the candid tears, the spontaneous laughter, the details that others might miss… all packaged for the way we share stories today.
Will you be in the way of my photographer and videographer?
Never. I’ve worked alongside professionals and understand how to move seamlessly through your day. I use an iPhone rather than bulky equipment, allowing me to stay discreet and capture genuine moments without disrupting the flow. Many photographers and videographers actually appreciate having a content creator present, as it means guests keep their phones away, staying present in the moment.
The deliverables
What will I receive after my wedding / event?
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an organised online gallery of all raw video & photo footage, sorted by event sections (getting ready, ceremony, reception etc.), plus your first 2 fully edited, social-ready reels with music. If you’ve opted for a highlight reel, you’ll receive that within 72 hours. All content is delivered in a format perfect for saving, sharing, and reliving your day immediately. You’ll also have all the raw footage to create additional footage as you wish.
How many reels will I receive?
Every package includes a minimum of 2 social-ready reels with music, delivered within 24 hours. Depending on your package, you can receive up to 4 reels. Want more? You can add additional reels at any time, I’m here to tell your story in as many chapters as you’d like.
Can I request specific songs or moments for my reels?
Of course! You can share your favourite songs with me, or I can use trending audio that fits the vibe of your day. If there are specific moments you want highlighted (a particular speech, your first look, golden hour portraits etc.), we’ll discuss this before your event so I know exactly what matters most to you.
Otherwise, I trust my professional eye and storytelling approach, blending timeless moments with what’s resonating on TikTok & Instagram right now, to create reels that capture the heart of your celebration. My background in social media means I instinctively know what stops the scroll… and I bring that lens to your story.
Weddings & Events
Do you capture civil ceremonies or intimate weddings?
Yes! I love the spontaneity and intimacy of smaller celebrations. Whether it’s a grand destination wedding or a quiet ceremony at your favorite restaurant, every moment deserves to be captured beautifully. Can you capture pre-wedding and post-wedding events?
Absolutely! Engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, welcome drinks, day-after brunches, Mehndi, Sangeet – I offer content creation for all the celebrations surrounding your wedding. These can be booked as standalone services or bundled with your wedding package.
Do you offer content for other celebrations?
Yes! I capture proposals, engagement parties, family milestones, Barmitzvahs, milestone birthdays, anniversaries and more. Any celebration where love, connection and beautiful moments deserve to be seen. If it matters to you, it matters to me.
Drone Footage
Do you offer drone footage?
Yes! Drone footage is available as an add-on. However, drone flights are weather and location dependent; I can only fly where conditions are safe and permissions allow. If I’m unable to fly on the day, you’ll receive a full refund for the drone fee. When conditions align, aerial footage adds a breathtaking perspective to your story.

What brand services do you offer?
I work with brands to create authentic, scroll-stopping content that captures their essence. Services include event coverage, product launches, behind-the-scenes content, founder stories, and ongoing content creation through retainer relationships. Whether you need a one-time shoot or consistent monthly content, I tailor packages to fit your brand’s vision and goals.
Do you offer retainer packages for ongoing content?
Yes! I love building long-term relationships with brands. Monthly retainers ensure you have consistent, high-quality content without the stress of rebooking each time. We’ll work together to establish a content strategy that evolves with your brand.
Investment
How much do your content services cost?
Every event and brand is unique, which is why I create personalised packages tailored to your specific needs. Wedding packages start from £595 (for celebrations through April 2026) and include all raw footage and 2 social-ready reels delivered within 24 hours. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. After your 20% booking fee, we can arrange a payment schedule that works for you. My priority is making beautiful content accessible while ensuring every client receives my full attention and care.
Please note: For bookings made within one month of your event, full payment is required upfront to secure your date.
